Privacy Policy

Effective date: February 26, 2026

1. Introduction

AdBloom ("we," "our," or "us") operates the AdBloom platform, an autonomous advertising management service that plans, creates, launches, and optimizes digital ad campaigns on behalf of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you visit our website, use our application, or interact with our services.

By accessing or using AdBloom, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use our services.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name and email address through our authentication provider (Manus OAuth). We do not collect or store passwords directly; authentication is handled by our third party identity provider.

2.2 Advertising Platform Data

When you connect your Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or Google advertising accounts, we access campaign performance data, ad creative metadata, audience insights, and spending information through the respective platform APIs. This data is used solely to manage and optimize your advertising campaigns within AdBloom.

2.3 Brand and Business Information

You may voluntarily provide brand guidelines, target audience descriptions, product information, and other business context through our Brand Knowledge Engine. This information is stored securely and used exclusively to personalize your advertising strategy and creative generation.

2.4 Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with our platform, including pages visited, features used, session duration, and device information (browser type, operating system, IP address). This data helps us improve the user experience and diagnose technical issues.

2.5 AI Generated Content

Our platform uses artificial intelligence to generate ad copy, creative concepts, and optimization recommendations. The inputs you provide and the outputs generated are stored in your account to maintain campaign history and enable continuous learning by the AI engine.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

Campaign Management
To create, launch, monitor, and optimize your advertising campaigns across connected platforms.
AI Optimization
To train and improve our AI models for better ad performance, creative generation, and budget allocation specific to your account.
Account Administration
To manage your account, authenticate your identity, and provide customer support.
Platform Improvement
To analyze usage patterns, diagnose technical issues, and improve our features and user experience.
Communication
To send you service related notifications, performance alerts, and optimization recommendations.
Legal Compliance
To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes.

4. Third Party Services and Data Sharing

AdBloom integrates with several third party services to deliver its functionality. We want to be transparent about what data each party can access:

Manus (Authentication & Hosting)
Handles user authentication via OAuth. Has access to your name and email for login purposes. Also hosts our application infrastructure, meaning your data resides on Manus managed servers.
Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
Receives campaign instructions and creative assets that you authorize us to publish. Has access to your connected ad account data through the Meta Marketing API. Does not receive data from internal features like Brand Knowledge or Trend Intelligence.
Google Ads
Similar to Meta, receives only the campaign data and creative assets you authorize for publishing through the Google Ads API.
AI Model Providers
We use large language models to power creative generation and optimization recommendations. Prompts sent to these models may include anonymized campaign context but never include your personal contact information.
Cloud Storage (S3)
Creative assets and uploaded files are stored in cloud storage. Access is restricted to authenticated users of your account.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. We share data only as described above and as necessary to provide our services.

5. Data Security

We implement industry standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), secure authentication tokens, and access controls on our infrastructure. Session cookies are configured with HttpOnly, Secure, and SameSite attributes to prevent unauthorized access.

While we strive to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we are committed to promptly addressing any security incidents and notifying affected users in accordance with applicable law.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. Campaign performance data and AI decision logs are retained to enable historical analysis and continuous optimization. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes or enforcing our agreements).

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Correction
You can request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
Deletion
You can request that we delete your personal data, subject to certain legal exceptions.

8. Cookies and Tracking

AdBloom uses essential cookies to maintain your authentication session and remember your preferences. We do not use third party advertising cookies or cross site tracking technologies. Our analytics are privacy focused and do not create individual user profiles for advertising purposes.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws that are different from the laws of your country. We take appropriate safeguards to ensure that your personal information remains protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy, including the use of standard contractual clauses where applicable.

10. Children's Privacy

AdBloom is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

11. GDPR Compliance (European Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process your personal data on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to provide our services), legitimate interests (to improve our platform and prevent fraud), consent (where you have given explicit consent), and legal obligation (to comply with applicable laws). You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority if you believe your rights have been violated.

12. CCPA Compliance (California Residents)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of your data, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To submit a request, contact us at [email protected]. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Effective date" above. Your continued use of AdBloom after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
